Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

These terms cover the firstchoice-glass.com website and the business tools that run on it, including our quote calculator, admin pages and our connection to QuickBooks Online (together, "the Tools"). By using the website or the Tools you agree to these terms.

1. The website

The website gives general information about our glass services. Prices, availability and timing are confirmed only in a written quote or invoice from 1st Choice Glass LLC. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract; we'll contact you to confirm details.

2. Who may use the Tools

The Tools are private software built for 1st Choice Glass LLC. They are licensed only to 1st Choice Glass LLC and the employees and contractors it authorizes, for running the company's own business. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and can be withdrawn at any time. You may not share login details, give access to anyone else, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Tools.

3. QuickBooks Online connection

When an authorized user connects the Tools to QuickBooks Online, the Tools exchange data only with 1st Choice Glass LLC's own QuickBooks company, such as creating and updating customers, estimates, invoices and purchase orders. You can disconnect at any time from the admin QuickBooks page or from your Intuit account. Use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit's own terms. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.; the Tools are not made or endorsed by Intuit.

4. Your responsibilities

Authorized users are responsible for keeping passwords private, for checking quotes, estimates and invoices before sending them to customers, and for using the Tools lawfully.

5. No warranty

The website and the Tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee they will be error-free or always available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, 1st Choice Glass LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from use of the website or the Tools.

7. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
