1st Choice Glass LLC ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through firstchoice-glass.com and our business tools, and how we use it. We do not sell personal information.

Quote and contact requests

When you send a request through our website, the details you enter (such as your name, phone, email, address, vehicle information and photos) are emailed to our office so we can respond. The website itself doesn't keep a copy. We use this information only to answer you, prepare quotes and do the work you request.

Website visits

We count visits to see how people find us (for example, from Google or Facebook). These counts don't store your IP address or set tracking cookies, and visitors can't be identified or followed from one day to the next. Our homepage also uses Google Analytics, which may set cookies and collect usage information under Google's privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Reviews

Our homepage shows public reviews posted on our Google Business Profile, with the reviewer's name as shown on Google.

Customer records and QuickBooks Online

When you become a customer, we keep the details needed to quote, schedule, invoice and service your job. Our internal tools may send these details (such as name, contact information, job descriptions and prices) to our own QuickBooks Online account, which we use for estimates, invoices and bookkeeping. The connection to QuickBooks uses Intuit's secure sign-in; its access keys are stored on our server outside the public website and are used only for our own company's records. Intuit handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We share information only with services we use to run the business (such as email, QuickBooks Online and our glass suppliers when ordering for your job), or when required by law.

Security and retention

Our tools are password protected and use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep customer records for as long as needed for the work, warranties, and tax and accounting requirements.
